Fact Of The Week: There Are Over 100 Billion Galaxies, Each With Billions Of Stars In Them, In The Universe
Fact of the week: There are over 100 billion galaxies that are detectable with current technology, each with billions of stars in them, in the universe.
I have chosen this as the fact of the week, as it, in my mind at least, is mind blowing. It is more the fact that our planet is only one among possibly hundreds of billions in our galaxy, than the number of stars and galaxies.
